Our Happiness Promise

We want you to love your MissFlora’s products. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)

  • Glycerin, oils, or serums that have been unsealed

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at care@missfloras.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
